A new fast casual restaurant is coming to the Sunset Valley Homestead development in Austin. Tarka Indian Kitchen has leased 2,995 square feet in the center. Sherry Naquin Sanchez and Travis Waldrop, both retail specialists with NAI Austin, represented the tenant.
The concept was created in part by the owners of the Clay Pit, who want to reach consumers who don’t have time for a sit-down, full-service meal. Tarka Indian Kitchen will feature Indian cuisine in a more casual atmosphere.
