Lakeway Town Center leasing to new tenants
NAI Austin’s Retail Specialists Leo Morales and Sherry Sanchez negotiated the lease of 2,900 square feet in the Lakeway Town Center to Seanlee and Paul Chan. Located at 2121 Lohmans Crossing Road, Suite 500, the Chans plan to use the space for a Vietnamese and Thai restaurant.
Phase II of Lakeway Town Center is still leasing space to tenants. The 31,000 square foot center is ideal for retailers and restaurants and has various suites from which to choose.
